PROJECT
Absolute Zero (AØ) was the final project of a graphic design certification class I attended in early 2022. I invented a product and went through the steps of forming a visual brand language—colors, typography, lifestyle, personas—to create a fully realized, marketable design with a logo and target audience.
PROCESS
I created Absolute Zero, a brand of alcoholic ice pops in the style of Fla-vor-ice, aimed at a post-college demographic of late 20s-early 30s with a nostalgic neon-pastel color scheme.
THE BRAND
MOOD BOARD
Create early in development to hone in on the visuals and emotions that I hoped AØ would elicit, featuring images of packaging, people and lifestyle, as well as general colors and textures.
STYLESCAPE
This stylescape shows the developments of all assets of AØ: colors and textures, lifestyle and personas, and logos and typography. Everything presented on this board influenced the final design of the brand going forwards, though I would would ultimately change the colors and fonts.
